MANILA, Philippines — A 43-year-old man carrying over P2-million value of suspected crystal meth, domestically often known as shabu, was arrested throughout a buy-bust operation in Caloocan Metropolis on Monday night, in line with the Nationwide Capital Area Police Workplace (NCRPO).
In a report on Tuesday, the NCRPO recognized the suspect as Jon-Jon Cabingas, who was apprehended by parts of the Northern Police District (NPD) – Drug Enforcement Unit alongside third St., sixth Avenue in Barangay 115.
The police operation stemmed from a tip that the NPD acquired from an unnamed informant. After validating the knowledge, police launched an entrapment operation to arrest Cabingas.

Confiscated from him had been 310 grams of suspected shabu value P2,108,000, a bag, an envelope, and a motorbike.
Cabingas was dropped at the workplace of the DDEU-NPD for additional investigation and subsequently to a middle for medical verification, NCRPO stated.
He’ll face complaints for violations of the Republic Act 9165, in any other case often known as the Complete Harmful Medicine Act of 2002, pending inquest proceedings.
